In the 90's Food Network launched it's first game show called Ready Set Cook that was based on a British game show called Ready Steady Cook. In Ready Set Cook teams of contestants tested their cooking knowledge and had the chance to test their cooking skills too in a bonus round. When Ready Set Cook debuted it's first season Robin Young was the first host then in Season 2 Robin Young was replaced by Sissy Biggers. Who knew that Ready Set Cook would be the start of a whole line of cooking game shows for Food Network in the near future that would pave the way for Iron Chef and Kitchen Casino. If you liked to cook like I do it sure would be nice for Food Network to add more food game shows besides Guy's Grocery Games and Ready Set Cook should be revived in a new version for Food Network because it was the first game show in Food Network history

Hi, Bestie! I saw that show. I like cooking so I was sad when they canceled it. GGG is not much of a cooking show. I wish they would bring RSC back.
