I believe Miss Landers’s class had close to 20 kids yet only 9 kids appear in the play. I wonder why they couldn’t include them all. The stage was small. I don’t think anyone had to be in the mushroom suit just plant it on the stage. Whitey did a good job as the canary having taken the part at the last minute.
