Ward comes home to find June waiting all dressed up in a new hat. They’re due at the Rutherfords in 10 minutes. Ward rushes upstairs for a shower and shave. He finds Wally in his bathroom shaving with his razor.

Ward reprimands Wally for using his last blade. Ward has virtually no hair on his face not even a 5 o’clock shadow. Wouldn’t it have been a riot if Ward appears at the bathroom door with a matted beard like Charlie Manson it would’ve been more believable. The guy didn’t even need to shave.

They should have called the makeup man. Those people can probably work wonders...voila...5:00 shadow!

Ward learned his lesson here--don't embarrass kids in front of their friends, particularly when they're teenagers. At least he made it up to Wally.
