Right now, I am in my bedroom, contemplating if I should get off my lazy ass and drive down to San Diego State to purchase a concert ticket. I hate the feeling of being idle.

Right now in my bedroom sulking because I was unable to purchase the concert ticket (don't ask, long story) But I am hoping that a book( coming from Oregon) arrives in the mail. So far this day has sucked. :mad:

And a book from Oregon shouldn't take too long to arrive in Southern California, right? *crossing my fingers* that the damn thing arrives this afternoon.

Just going by my experience of ordering stuff from Cali through Amazon it usually takes like 2 to 3 days. Depends too on how fast the seller gets in in the mail.

Once in a while I have to work Sundays too & like you generally only for part of a work day. And believe me, I know it can be a drag.

Yeah, it's a drag when it's going on but for me the cool part about working Sat. & Sun.is I have Thurs. and Fridays off. Nice to have a couple weekdays off when most people are working , stores and stuff less crowded and I can watch some weekday TV shows too !! ;)

It's cold, about 23°. We got a little snow, just enough to look nice. :snowman3:

I've got a pot roast in the crock pot to eat around 4:00. I'm trying to decide if I want to make cheesecake brownies or a cherry pie or just have scoops of ice cream later. Sunday is the one night we have dessert.

I've got some goodies coming from Amazon (Tide pods, Snuggle sheets, Downy Unstoppables, cat food and treats, bulbs, batteries, Starburst, Maxwell pods and more). I just love Amazon. props:

Just got back from taking the wife to the airport. Just sat down to post on here and noticed Basement Cat has knocked a whole bunch of stuff over on some of the shelves and tables. I'm assuming it was Basement Cat since the dogs rarely come down here.

I really want to see a band called: The Hollywood Vampires (with Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Joe Perry). The band is performing at The Greek Theatre on May 11th, and the tickets for the show are very reasonable.
