I have Eddie Murphy's song Party All The Time on my MP3 player and I was curious why Eddie Murphy's singing career never took off after he released the album How Could This Be in the 80's that featured Party All The Time. I do know that he released an album in 1993 but had never released another singing album and all Eddie has out is comedy albums. Did Eddie Murphy give up singing to focus on movies?

I liked Party All The Time because it was such a fun song and it's a shame that Eddie Murphy's singing career never took off after Party All The Time because he had a great singing voice and he should've made more albums because he's one actor that had a good voice
