Unidentified Human Remains were found this week on the edge of a northern Iowa town

I submitted this one to Websleuths (through their Facebook page), but my curiosity was sufficiently piqued to do some digging over at the Charley Project.

All that is known is that the remains were there for somewhere between 5-15yrs and that they were those of a white female between the ages of 20-45 who was between 5ft and 5ft 7in tall.

There are two cases I found at the CP from Mason City, but the dates are way off (dating from 1952 and 1983)

There are a few more from Cedar Rapids and Davenport but they're both a fair distance away (137mi) and (216mi) respectively. All the rest either fall into that same general radius or are significantly further away.

Barring the possibility that this person isn't listed on the CP (https://iowacoldcases.org hasn't turned up any other new possibilities), the only other thing I could possibly think of would be an area transient.

My first reaction was the remains were most likely those of Jodi Huisentruit, but that article states it's not her based off of forensic odontology. I'm not buying it quite yet. The distinguishing factors line up too well with those of Jodi's.

Indeed. Given that I haven't been able to come across any other viable possibilities, I figure that anthropologist is mistaken.
