I haven't been able to watch that video from my location but I would say the overall picture is a mixed one. You have to realize that Paris, France does not have the year-round climate of Florida, yet the country itself still retains the position as number 1 in the world, and some of this money spent will inevitable fill the Eurodisney coffers. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/02/27/walt-disney-to-invest-2-billion-euros-in-disneyland-paris.html

However there are dissatisfied customers as always. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g226865-d189258-r35557693-Disneyland_Park-Marne_la_Vallee_Seine_et_Marne_Ile_de_France.html

Following the opening of Tokyo Disneyland in 1983 Disney wanted to expand their theme parks to other countries and when Disneyland Paris's opening happened in the spring of 1992 as Euro Disney Disney knew that with opening a theme park in Europe would strike them gold as it did in America and they knew that theme parks are hits in Europe so with the opening of Disneyland Paris it helped a lot. And then Disney opened up Tokyo DisneySea in Asia it proved that Disney Parks can be successful outside of America. Who knows what park will Disney design next in Europe? Maybe have an Epcot Center in England or an Animal Kingdom park in Paris
