For those who have HBO, there's a documentary on this evening about the tragic events of 9/11. It's supposed to be a hard hitting and emotional show, with film footage never aired before.

They actually showed the people jumping...it was quite disturbing but overall was a good piece.

It was a brutally painful but honest and well put together program. It gave me the feeling of what it must have been like on scene. Frightening, even more so than it was from afar through television on that day. Guliani said that we need to actually relive it in order to understand and learn enough and be motivated to do what's needed to prevent it from happening again. I agree.

I didn't want to watch this initially, as I knew that it would bring up so many painful and heartbreaking memories from that hideous day. I did watch but I broke down several times. I was devastated by the images of the people jumping from the buildings as I had avoided watching that footage immediately after the tragedies. But the amazing courage demonstrated by the people of New York made me so very proud!
