Yeah, I'm sorry. I just checked Antenna's schedule and you won't be able to see Miss Kraus at that time anymore! :(

GAB is now on at 2 PM my time, so only two weekdays I can watch, but it is on Sundays twice. 7:30 AM, I can watch while drinking my coffee when I first get up before work, and again at 3:30 PM ! I am just getting home than on Sundays!! ;)

Yes, it is true that Antenna cut that scene out and LOGO left it in. The "Mouth with a beard" comment really jumped out at me when LOGO ran it !:eek: I know Antenna did not keep that in. I would remember anything Max related, esp.if it has to do with his mouth! :happyface

Yes, the DVD set has those two edited/syndicated episode versions, cut down to 22 minutes each, season 5's So Long Mom, and season 6's A Tiny Romance. It's too bad that happened but it is what it is.

Here are a few other interesting facts about the DVD set:

Part 1 of the season 4 episode The Married Man is uncut but doesn't have any closing credits. This is probably because parts 1 and 2 both originally aired back to back on the same night, 1/17/1979, so part 1 probably has never had any ending credits.

The common run time for season 1 episodes is 25:30. David Loves Ann and Julie's Best Friend run a little shorter at 25:00.

The common run time for season 2, 3, and 4 episodes is 25:00. However, the last three episodes of season 4, Fear Of Success, Grandma Leaves Grandpa, and Schneider Gets Fired each run about 24:15. Interesting.

The common run time for season 5, 6, and 7 episodes is 24:00. Season 5's Perils Of Plastic runs only 23:30, but I don't notice anything where something might be cut. Yes I have a stereo and turntable, I spent a lot of time recording the 45's on to cassettes and then transferring the songs from the cassettes on to CD's. So now, I usually listen to the CD's I made and keep the vinyl 45's in storage.

Also, I enjoyed 20 Million Miles to Earth on Saturday. Harryhausen was one of the greats when it came to stop motion, hope Svengoolie can get Jason and the Argonauts and the Sinbad movies like he showed before on the local Chicago stations. And then Tarantulas: The Deadly Cargo, why were those TV movies so dull (is it because they came from the same production company as Gimme a Break?) :lol:
