Torgo 05-10-2018, 11:24 PM Beaver tried hiding his Brussels sprouts in his shirt pocket.

Yeah and the thing was it was back in the 19 50's, Chihuahua's weren't a really popular dog back than!! It was before Paris Hilton started carrying her little doggy around in her purse and the Taco Bell commercials with the Chihuahua mascot .:D This was a REALLY small unusual dog back than I'm sure, and pure bred, nowadays lots of them are mixed with other small breed dogs and aren't as tiny as the original , pure bread Chihuahua's! So back than, finding a little tiny dog like that would really be like  !!!
Scrabjan1 05-11-2018, 06:01 PM I saw the tiniest dog yesterday it was so small. Maybe a pure bred Poncho. Good one about hiding the Brussels sprouts and I was gonna say Larry in the tub but stevea beat me to it. Pretty hard hiding Larry.
Beaver tried to hide his Alaskan sweater behind a candy machine.
70s show watcher 05-11-2018, 06:08 PM That was such a cute episode!!! :) :heart:i like that ep too
Scrabjan1 05-15-2018, 09:35 AM Beaver tried to hide all the letters from the modeling company looking for their $30. June actually never found them. I think Beaver hide them under his mattress.
stevea 05-15-2018, 09:46 AM Probably the only thing June didn't find. I'm sure it wasn't for lack of trying!
Scrabjan1 06-04-2018, 03:33 PM Did we mention how Beaver and Wally hid the perfume they couldn’t unload in their closet and the letters they got from Acme Products about selling Flower of the Catcher’s Mitt.
Lumpy hid his carrots under his mashed potato when he stayed for dinner.
Little_stinker 08-05-2018, 06:31 PM The Eskimo sweater.
stevea 08-05-2018, 06:51 PM Beaver hid that blowup toy that he didn't give to the kid at the birthday party (but instead gave him his camera), but as usual June found it. When she wasn't doing dishes or vacuuming in her pearls, she evidently was looking for trouble. She even found the empty detergent box after Beaver did Richard's laundry.
Am I right that the only thing Ward ever found was his golf club that didn't wiggle any more? Fred found the fake souvenir baseball, and Wally found the hole in the garage.
Scrabjan1 08-05-2018, 07:04 PM Good one about the blow up seahorse under the bed. Wally also hid the box under the bed containing the nose gadget. Wally hid Beaver’s hiking boots in the cellar. Ward tried to hide the newspaper under the pillow with Jet Electro stock going way up.
stevea 08-05-2018, 09:45 PM Did Beaver try to hide the Glama Sheen hairspray from Wally?
Scrabjan1 08-09-2018, 01:32 PM He sure did and boy was Beaver mad. Calling him a smelly old ape wait that was Linda. I think he called Wally a #*~£¥ sneak.
stevea 08-09-2018, 02:10 PM Didn't Beaver call him something with "you pug nose you?"
Between sandpapering his freckles and cementing down his hair, it's amazing he made it beyond eighth grade.
Scrabjan1 08-10-2018, 06:20 PM Beaver did say to Wally “you pug nose you.” As I remember Beaver has walked in through the front door and said the pug nose moniker and think it was Poor Loser. Could have called him a pug nose in Sheepdog.
stevea 08-10-2018, 07:01 PM I think the pug nose comment was in Sheepdog. I think Wally had caught him with the Glama Sheen, and he characteristically started calling Wally names as he slammed the bathroom door. There was an episode where Ward asked him why he didn't come out of the bathroom, and his reply was, "Nobody asked me to, Dad." I doubt this was the episode, though.
I don't remember the Poor Loser reference.
Scrabjan1 08-11-2018, 10:48 AM Okay I checked it out. In Beaver the Sheepdog when Wally asks why he bought hairspray Beaver calls Wally a big snoop. Earlier Beaver comes through the front door after another day of torment and Wally is helping June hang pictures. June asks Beaver if he had a good day and he isn’t very nice. Wally says Beaver has no right to bark at everyone. Beaver tells Wally to mind his own business and says “you pugnose you” and runs out the door. So it was Sheepdog but not after buying Glamor Spray.
stevea 08-11-2018, 02:05 PM So he runs out the door, probably to the store to buy the hairspray "for his sister," right?
I really need to see these seasons again!
Scrabjan1 08-11-2018, 03:35 PM I just found that episode somewhere. Very hard to find them on YouTube lately.
stevea 08-11-2018, 03:38 PM Youtube is purging. I think they're getting more copyright complaints.
