Has anyone ever seen movies on TV and notice that they are pitched and/or sped up?

I’m watching Caddyshack right now, and it doesn’t sound right at all, and when mom and I watched Dirty Dancing a few months ago, something seemed off.

Is this due to time, or could it be because of the commercials?
