In the 90's FOX had added a cartoon based on the popular Carmen Sandiego computer game series called Where On Earth Is Carmen Sandiego and told the adventures of two teen detectives named Ivy and Zack who used detective skills to follow Carmen Sandiego on her travels throughout the world. This cartoon series was very well done and followed the game series to a tee. Another thing about Where On Earth Is Carmen Sandiego was that legendary actress Rita Moreno provided the voice of Carmen Sandiego and brought the cartoon to life. With the news of a new cartoon series of Carmen Sandiego coming soon to Netflix this cartoon is worth a watch

I loved that show. One of the best animated show of the 90s which was a great decade for cartoons.

I think the best time for cartoons was the 70s and before........ They started getting worse in the 80s.....
