IMO I think Long John Silver's has the very best tartar sauce. I haven't found
a store brand sauce that's comparable. What brand do you use, or do you have
a homemade recipe?

We use Kraft or Hellman's.

I make my own...

1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp sweet relish
lemon juice
Tabasco sauce
bay seasoning

I don’t use tartar sauce on my fish sticks. Instead, ranch dressing is used.

Only the best will do on fish sticks. :lol:

We make our own. We rarely eat fish sticks, it goes good with halibut steak, clam strips, hushpuppies, onion rings, french fries. And especially good on fish sandwiches.

Just about any brand will do. For me tartar sauce goes great with chicken nuggets and/or patties.

We rarely use it if we do it's usually whatever's the cheapest.
