Jean Smart will be having a new series this fall on NBC Tuesdays. Its called In Laws. Im not quite sure what the exact idea of the show is, but it looks good and Jeam Smart does great work, I loved her on Frasier, wish she would have stayed on, but anyway. Kelsey Grammer will be producing In Laws, so that also makes its worth seeing, he does a good job, hes produced Frasier and the hit comedy on UPN Girlfriends. Im looking forward to In Laws.

I saw the pilot being filmed back in April.

Jean Smart plays a mother who's recently married daughter and son-in-law move back home. Of course Jean's overbearing husband played by Dennis Farina hates the son-in-law. The daughter is portrayed by the actress who played Ross' girlfriend on 'Friends' last season.

It is a similar theme to that Ben Stiller movie that was popular a few years ago.

Kelsey Grammer was present for the filming so that was kinda kewl.

"The In-Lawas" looks like a really great show! Very funny, and Jean Smart is in it, so it makes it more worth watching! :happyface :happyface :happyface

I have to say this is an excellent show....I watch it every week, It is definatly becoming one of my favorite shows! Jean Smart is so funny on it!

It's a VERY fun show...and Jean Smart is ultra-hilarious. But then again...I liked her a lot more on Frasier, where she received much better material to work with.
