Who else could actually pull this off and it be successful? If you want, include ALL celebrities, not just in the music industry.

I could see maybe Elvis. He already has Graceland so throw in a few themed coasters and other rides, restaurants, etc...and I think it'd be a hit.

The only problem is he's not alive (...or is he? LOL). It majorly helps with Dollywood that Dolly is alive and has a hand in her park; making several appearances throughout the year.

I honestly can't think of anyone else that has such a popular wide appeal that could pull off a theme park.

I could see Jimmy Buffet giving it a shot.
