To the OP: Do you mean the worst types of problems or the most number of cast members within a show or maybe both?

With the exception of Maureen McCormick, the rest of the BB cast seemed to lead grounded lives.

Eight is Enough comes to mind where at least half of the cast had troubled lives or severe health issues etc. after the show.
