The core group of 6 (Mark Cuban, Daymond John, Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran, Robert Herjavec, Kevin O'Leary) worked well together, but the guest Sharks which are now there for every episode just don't jell with the group at all. The show seemed very disjointed this year, the producers need to return to the original core group and keep guest shark participation to a minimum. I believe the rating were down 20%, additional evidence that what is being done now is not working.
