Lately when I watch TV I have been noticing that there are a lot of commercials advertising health and fitness products this year and it makes me think that the health and fitness craze of the 80's is making a huge comeback for 2018. Because I have seen nothing but advertisements for diet plans and aerobic machines and also drinks like Vitaminwater and Dasani have come out with flavored water as well and from what I've seen of this new version of the health and fitness craze is that people will head out to the gym a lot this year. And also this year food is even made healthier than ever this year. Take for instance Healthy Choice has just released microwaveable entrees designed with a health flair and also Stoffer's has even added more healthier meals to it's Lean Cuisine line and what it tells me is that the health and fitness craze will continue to grow more popular than ever
