You don't have to keep watching a TV show just because it keeps getting renewed. "Yes, perhaps the problem here is that there are too many shows, but the show people are not just going to stop making shows. So I am here to offer an elegant solution: abandon the show," says Tom Ley. He adds: "I promise that my intent here is not to be smug and dismissive. I do not believe that abandoning these shows makes me better or more refined than people who will continue watching them. I’m simply here to offer a solution to similarly show-addled people. Even if you mostly like the show, there’s no law saying you have to keep watching it. Release yourself from the show, and live wild and free."

I live in China for the current time, and I watch all my current TV Shows via the Internet on one website and get to watch a lot of old shows and movies on YouTube (via a VPN). Many old and classic TV shows are on YouTube.

I go back to America to see my parents (only my father now, my mother recently passed away) and watch a lot of TV there, and of and when I live in the USA again, I would not pay for a TV subscription. Just way, way too many commercials (I was clocking up to 5 minute intervals of commercials), not a big fan of the current crop of shows, and maybe oddly, just too many stations to keep up with. I don't understand why, but the telecommunications industry is awful in the United States. Expensive, crappy service, confusing billing.

I would just have my computer hooked up to my television and watch TV from there, and have ample WIFI's and IPads for everyone to watch what they want and go from there.

I did that with The Simpsons since they'll never go off the air anytime soon.

As the years pass on, I haven't missed anything!
