I called N@N and asked for veiwer services...Well...I got viewer services asked them to check the schedule, and guess what, no FOL...so I asked if there was a place where I could make a request for it (knowing of course that there was, cause I've done it before) and so she transferred me somewhere else and then i "left a message at the beep" okay, now, let me tell you that by this time I was pi$$ed(scary word for a pk!) sooooo, I wasn't sounding all that polite....Anyway, a while back someone posted that their ratings were down and I was like, if you want to boost your ratings, SHOW FACTS OF LIFE!(i mean those capital letters, I was practically screaming...) and I was like, there are a lot of people who aren't watching your station because your not showing facts of LIfe. Your schedule is soooo repiticous!!! Cosby show, cosby show, family ties, family ties, all in the family, all in the family....You need to show Facts of Life! BOOST YOUR RATINGS!! Besides, The Cosby Show is on TNN and the newer ones are on WB or something like that. Family Ties was on TBS two years ago and Cheers has been on other networks!! EERR! I think they need some varity in thier line ups. TVLand has on The d*mn Brady Bunch when N@N JUST had it on!! This pisses me off to- is anybody else bugged by this?

BUGS ME also..lol..that's why I called! I'm going to call once a month until they show it...teach them to not show everyone's favorite show!

I don't think we'll ever see our FOL back, at least not on N@N. I've read that N@N has a limited amount of episodes they are allowed to air, though I don't see why they don't make another contract..N@N's ratings have gone way up since the arrival of "The Cosby Show"

Has TNN even CONSIDERED airing it? It would be best on that network, I can't see it on TVLand anytime soon, so our best bet would be TNN. I think NaN sucks completely now. I really do enjoy "Cheers" etc, but they need variety! And I think everyone is tired of the constant back-to-back episodes.

Here is my 5 Fold Plan for Nick At Nite to have success, as summed up by many posts on www.sitcomsonline.com I have read:

A: More variety, certainly more than 5 Shows a NIGHT! N@N can do this by:

B: Lose the Double Takes. For they don't work for a Limited Concept like Nick at Night. In fact:

C: The selection of shows by Nick should reflect those that are Unique in that they are not Widely Syndicated

(on other channels; in my rural area, Cosby can be seen on NBC, UPN, WGN, TBS, AND SLICK NICK AKA NICK AT NITE)

Have aged an appropriate amount of time between their original run and Syndication (so 90s Shows would be OUT).
And after all...I thought Nick AT Nite was about classic TV from the past (Coach and Rosanne don't cut it!!!). Maybe this has changed. Amen. Which means Nick Shows Should Have a Classic Nature (AITF qualifies here on all 3 Counts as a "hard to see" show from the 70s that is STILL considered CLASSIC; AKA A Hall Of Famer).

D: Lose the whole crappy Slick Nick scheme and just go to a
Nickelodian channel 24/7 for kids, and a TV Land 1 /TV Land 2 for Sitcoms (and no, Kids Say is NOT A SITCOM). No more sharing the Kiddies Programming w/the Adult Programming.

E: Do not participate in the game of "How much of the SAME show you can show before the diehard fans get tired of viewing".

In other words, lose Cosby and Cheers PUHLEEZE. NOW!!!

I agree. The Cosby Show should go back to TBS. It was doing great on TBS until they moved it to just 7:30 am. I can't wake up that early every morning. I'm having a hard enough time waking up at 8 for Diff'rent Strokes.
