Yes thats Paul and his wife,many did not know Norm(George) wife played Vera on Cheers.

I don't recall ever seeing her or hearing her on the show ....

We hear Vera's voice in a few episodes, and one time we sorta see her, the Thanksgiving episode where they have a food fight, we see Vera, but her face is covered with pie.

George Wendt's wife is Bernadette Birkett. In addition to voicing Vera a few times, she also appeared as Vera is season 5's "Thanksgving Orphans" but with her face obscured by pumpkin pie (thanks to Diane).

Plus she also appeared in season 3's "Fairy Tales Can Come True" as a different character, Sharon O'Hare, disguised as Tinkerbell at Cheers' Halloween party. She and Cliff hit it off and dance the evening away in their Halloween costumes. The next night they meet again at Cheers, unmasked, and tell each other their real names before dancing again.

Actor Paul Willson played barfly regular Paul Krapence. I have no idea who the other lady is or if it is his wife.
