From 1986 to 1995 USA Network had their classic game show block called USA's Lucky Day and consisted of game show classics such as Blockbusters the original Let's Make A Deal the original NBC Geoff Edwards version of Chain Reaction Name That Tune and many other game shows were featured as well. Also part of USA's Lucky Day was a contest hosted by John Davidson that people could enter to win prizes by calling a special telephone number to participate in various challenges during the hour. In my eyes this was a really smart idea that USA should've continued rather than focusing on sitcoms but maybe Buzzr and GSN should design a game show block like this for the midnight hours and if USA were to bring back the Lucky Day hour but with their own game shows I can bet it would be a huge surprise hit for USA
