I'm guessing that KBHK (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KBCW_(TV)) (now KBCW) in San Francisco aired TCFC when it was revived for first-run syndication. I first assumed that it the first-run syndicated (http://newsok.com/article/2064005) episodes (Seasons 4-6) in San Francisco aired on KTVU (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KTVU). Metromedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metromedia) handled the production for Seasons 4-6, and Metromedia was a forerunner to the Fox network.
