Jamie Luner -- you know her as Lexi Sterling on "Melrose Place" -- has been accused of sexual misconduct with an underage male ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man in his 30s filed a police report with the LAPD alleging that back in 1998 Jamie performed oral sex on him when he was just 16.

The nature of the relationship is unclear -- whether the man was a teen actor or just someone she knew. Cops are investigating like they would anyone who reports a crime, but their hands might be tied ... with the statute of limitations in California having lapsed.

We've reached out to Jamie, so far no word back.

I'm so sick of all these accusations. Whether they're true or not I really don't care, it's not my business. Keep it between the lawyers.

Melrose Place star Jamie Luner, 46, who is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy in 1998 along with her male makeup artist is sued for $250MILLION by the victim (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5571757/Melrose-Place-star-Jamie-Luner-sued-250million-sexual-battery.html)

Anthony Oliver, 36, is suing Luner, 46, for emotional distress, sexual battery
Claims he met Luner at a house party and was given Tylenol laced with meth
Said Luner and the makeup artist both performed oral sex on him in her room
Also claims he had sex 'multiple times' with Luner and that his brother filmed it
An LAPD spokesperson said that there is no investigation into Luner at this time

Jamie Luner is being sued for $250million by the man who has accused the Melrose Place star of giving him meth and performing oral sex on him when he was just 16.

Anthony Oliver claims that he met Luner, who was 26 at the time, during a party at her house in 1998. He is suing her for emotional distress and sexual battery.

Oliver's brother was a friend of Luner's makeup artist, who had developed a crush on the teen, according to TMZ (http://www.tmz.com/2018/04/02/melrose-place-star-jamie-luner-sued-sexually-assaulting-16-year-old-boy/).

He claims Luner called him 'adorable' and gave him a Jack and Coke. He said they talked for three hours before going into her room.

Oliver declined and asked for two Tylenol pills instead, which he claims were laced with crystal meth. He said he then began to feel sexually aroused.

He claims Luner then performed oral sex on him before putting his penis in the mouth of the male makeup artist.

Oliver alleges he had sex with Luner multiple times, and that at one point she told him 'come bend me over the couch and ram me'.

When his brother returned to the party he recorded the pair having sex, Oliver also claims.

Oliver says the experience turned him into an alcoholic and left him 'not knowing if he is attracted to men, women, or both,' according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also claims two other men came froward to the Los Angeles Police Department to accuse Luner of drug-induced sex.

A spokesperson with the LAPD told DailyMail.com earlier this month that the Robbery Homicide Division, who handles all celebrity and high profile cases, has not opened an investigation at this time into the Melrose Place star.

This comes after TMZ (http://www.tmz.com/2018/02/26/jamie-luner-melrose-place-accused-sexual-misconduct-underage-teenager/) reported that the alleged victim filed a report with the LAPD, and that Luner might be facing a charge of oral copulation with a minor child.

Luner's manager told TheWrap (https://www.thewrap.com/melrose-place-jamie-luner-drugging-filming-oral-sex-anthony-oliver/) that the allegations had 'no merit' and were a 'blatant attempt at extortion'.

Even if Luner had been found guilty, she would have likely only been charged with a misdemeanor if the sex act was consensual due to the fact that the victim was over the age of 16 at the time of the incident.

Oral copulation with a minor child can be charged as a felony or a misdemeanor under California state law, with the former largely reserved for instances in which the victim is under 16.

It can also be charged as a felony, however, if the victim is over 16 but was incapacitated or forced into the act at the time of the incident.

The misdemeanor charge carries a maximum prison sentence of one year, while the felony charge can carry up to 10 years behind bars.

There is also a chance the statute of limitations has run out on this case - with California law requiring that a report be filed within one year of the offense if the act was consensual.

In some non-consensual cases however, criminal charges can be filed within one year of a victim making a report to police.

"People are suing for millions over decades-old consensual acts? Me too!"
I think that about sums this up. I don't believe this leech for one second. The act may have happened but his details range from laughable to nonsensical. He was not traumatized, I bet this was a bragging point until he realized he could make money.
Also...

"Oliver declined and asked for two Tylenol pills instead, which he claims were laced with crystal meth. He said he then began to feel sexually aroused."

...this sentence makes no sense. Firstly, meth is not cocaine. And I don't know how (or why) you would lace a pill with it even if it were feasible to pass it off. Secondly, meth is not viagra. For most, sexual intercourse is hindered by it, not helped. I hope this guy gets torn apart in court.

On a different note I'm a bit surprised to hear Jamie was actually a teenager when she played Cindy Lubbock. I assumed the "Lubbock Babes" were all twenty-somethings irl.
