Cops were called to the Melrose Place star's Thousand Oaks, California home Sunday night after her brother came home and found her fighting with her boyfriend, according to 911 audio obtained by TMZ (http://www.tmz.com/2018/02/26/heather-locklear-arrest-domestic-violence-battery-cop/).
A source identified the boyfriend to DailyMail.com (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5436273/Heather-Locklear-arrested-domestic-violence.html) as Chris Heisser, Locklear's high school sweetheart. The source also said that they've had dust ups before too.
When officers arrived on the scene, they noted that the boyfriend had a visible mark on his body.
As cops tried to take 56-year-old Locklear into custody, she allegedly started flailing - kicking and striking three of the officers.
She was taken to a hospital for evaluation, then booked into jail on one count of felony domestic violence and three counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer.
