I think it was written for the 50th anniversary of the show. anyway, it talks all about the characters and story lines.

I liked it - I just felt bad it didn't say anything about Andy's parents or Opie's mom. Guess that wasn't part of the show ...

I like almost every book done about the show. I was just checking to see if you meant the Richard Kelly or Jim Clark and Ken Beck book and saw that the Kindle version of Mayberry Memories is on sale for $1.99 at Amazon. That's a tremendous bargain for maybe my favorite book about the show. It has a massive amount of photos and the most quotes I've ever seen from people who worked on the show.
