The episode where Beaver might go away to Fallbrook.
In the school hallway beaver, Whitey and some other guy are talking about Beaver going away to school. Whitey is barely shoulder height to the other guys. Is Whitey the same age as the others?

Jerry Mathers was more than a year older than the late Stanley Fafara. Jerry was playing a role where he was a year older than the role, but Fafara still seemed small for his age.
Terry (Kim Charney), probably the other guy in the scene, always seems older than even Mathers. I'd guess him to be about 15.

Oh wow, I just read about what happened to Stanley. Was it the child acting? Poor guy.

i knew he was gone, but I didn't know what a horrible time he had until awhile ago, when I checked his age and read about his life on Wiki, either. Frank Bank is gone, also, but his past doesn't appear to be troubled.
Don't know the answer about child acting, but a lot of child actors seem to go on and have problems. Lauren Chapin, Jay North, Dana Plato, Sawyer Sweeten, and Rusty Hamer come to mind, three of whom are no longer with us.

Jerry was born in 1948, Stanley was born in 1949 and Kim who played Terry Richmond was much older being born in 1945. Terry was 4 years older than Whitey. In the early years I really liked Tiger Fafara as Tooey, he was a cute kid. The parents of Stanley and Tiger had some talented offspring. Love when Tooey is looking at a marble and says the break is a vein.

Tooey was used sparingly in season 3, and then was gone. I guess they decided to place the emphasis on Eddie and Lumpy.
I agree about the Fafaras. I like the episode where Beaver catches Larry in the drugstore, after Larry's seen the movie with Whitey and Gilbert, when he was supposed to be coming over to get Beaver. After having talked Larry into doing it originally, and Beaver calls Larry a rat and leaves, Larry says something like, How do ya like that? Then Whitey, says, Ya know somethin'? You are kind of a rat.

I really liked Whitey too. Ward referred to him as the kid who always talks loud or looks scared. There was something about Tooey I liked. He’s hacking at that hedge so hard and so nearsighted and little Beaver is close by. His mother doesn’t seem to notice. He says “Oh hi Beaver.”
I saw Stanley in a quick intro for Denace the Menace. Mrs. Mitchell has put Dennis in the corner and when she goes to see him, Stanley is sitting in the chair. I don’t think he even has a line.
