So what was the boards impression when ABC relaunched TGIF in 2003?
I think to be honest ABC relaunched it because WB already acquired a vast amount of their programming (even creating their own Friday Night block) and ABC wanted to cash back in on the ratings.

I was watching a few promos from it and it does not seem TGIF 2.0 had any flair to it. It seemed like a bunch of crappy shows put together with the TGIF branding on it to make it seem better. What a waste.

What do you guys think?

I loved Hope and Faith, wish it had lasted longer. It was a lot better than more popular shows from that time like That 70s Show and The King of Queens. Life With Bonnie was also a nice show, although they made a mistake getting rid of the daughter after season 1. 8 Simple Rules for Dating my Teenage Daughter started out really good. John Ritter's death could not be avoided, but it might have lasted longer if they cast someone more likeable than David Spade as his replacement. I liked what I saw of Complete Savages, just wish I had gotten to see the whole series.
