Why isn't the awful Murder on the Orient Express on this? It was one of the worst movie remakes I've seen...

I haven't seen the others, but I've seen Tom Cruise's Mummy and it was pretty bad.

I don't like Tom Cruise so I generally avoid anything that he's involved in.

Funny that two winners (Kim Basinger & Mel Gibson) have also won Oscars!

The best was Halle Berry winning the Oscar for Monster's Ball and showing up at the Razzies to accept Worst Actress for Catwoman.

Reading into this (https://lebeauleblog.com/2018/03/06/the-golden-raspberry-awards-2017-2/) brings up an interesting question? Does a thread of sexism run through the history of the Golden Raspberry Awards? To it it in another way, are the Razzie Awards too invested in taking pot shots at actresses (like Susan Sarandon, Goldie Hawn and Kim Basinger) who dare to work after a certain age?

Maybe? The answer to you question might be found in the site below. (I don't want to do the research :D , but you might)

The Golden Raspberries started off as an informal joke. Something for a publicist and his friends to do after the Oscars had ended. Over time, it has become and enduring and irreverent tradition. In theory, The Razzies poke fun at the worst movies of the year. But like any awards ceremony, the Razzies frequently make the wrong call. We’re going back and looking at the history of the Golden Raspberry Awards one year at a time. (...)

The Razzies aren't meant to be taken seriously...if the Razzies came-out in 1970, Myra Breckenridge would've gotten Worst pic that year or in 1979, Caligula would've been Worst pic!

If we keep going more and more PC...comedy would be Gone With the Wind!
