In Smallville, he was Clark's enemy; and in comic books and cartoons, he's been portrayed as a villain. If I had my way as far as casting goes, Mehcad Brooks would be playing Win; and the one playing Win would be playing Jimmy Oleson out of respect for Siegel's original portrayal of Jimmy. I'll have to Google him to see if he's related to Avery Brooks.
