Does IMDB and Wiki have the episode order wrong for season 4 and 5?

IMDB has Room at the Bottom (Everyone has their own plans on how to use the family's new recreation room.) as airing July 1, 1989 as episode 17.

But the basement being Charles' room was established at the beginning of the season.

Also Duelling Presleys (Lillian is in a jam when a celebrity impersonator cancels his appearance at the diner.) is episode 3, but Yesterday Cafe (Lillian opens a 1950s-style cafe; Charles tutors two football players.) is episode 5.

I know season 4 and 5 are completely out of order on the DVDs, but whats up with the listings on IMDB and Wiki?
