I still think that Beverly Washburn should have been featured in Wally’s Glamour Girl and Bernadette Withers in Blind Date Committee. Beverly was a lot prettier than Bernadette and wasn’t believable as a gopher and Bernadette wasn’t as pretty as Beverly. Anyone agree?

Meh, neither at that stage of their life were all that good looking. I am not sure it would have changed things much. Forgot one of them played in Old Yeller.

LOL
Wally asks “Is she pretty? No
Is she homely? No.
Eddie should talk about gophers and owls. Later he tells Beaver to “”Unload the crow and latch onto the dove.”

Eddie would have said, Let's play a game called Ditchin' the Dodo.

Sometimes I break myself up. Guess I'm like Uncle Arthur, "I kill me.";)

Totally off topic, but Uncle Arthur was a great character, and Paul Lynde was perfect for it.

Wally sure had his problems with dates. What was the name of that too-tall girl?

That tall girl was Gail Preston. Wally always seemed to worry his date would be a bust like the tall girl, Jill Bartlett, Kitty Bannerman, having Evelyn Boothby as his chauffeur and of course having to go on a picnic with his dream girl, Ginny Townsend.
