I keep meaning to give this a go but it keeps getting put to the back burner.

Maybe it's just the 2018 in me but it seems so farfetched these days that the govt conducting an experiment with LSD would require an assassination. Were times really that simple back then that LSD would be such a scandal?

I don't want to give anything away, but Eric Olson definitely delves into the LSD thing and puts that in its place. The first 3 episodes sort of take their time diving into the case, but the 4th and 5th ones are where the answers really start to come out and then in the 6th/final one, all those pieces are put in place for the viewer.

Yeah. Watch it. It had nothing to do with LSD.
