Squiggy wore black Converse All Stars, also known as Converse Chuck Taylors, or "Chucks" after the player who first wore them. (I sold sneakers in high school, I know this type of useless sneaker trivia)

High top or low? Man, that's a good one. I would have to say high tops, since they were pretty much the only b-ball shoe the players wore during the 50's.

The high tops are also easier to find in stores, since they are more popular than the low cuts.

I'd guess that theyre high tops...now i have to go watch and ep and see!

They are high tops! I had to get shoes like them for my Squiggy costume last Halloween! Hee hee! ;)
