When Topanga told Cory to go on a date with another girl to see how he feels, but when he listened to her she broke up with him because she was testing him.
When Topanga didn't want to be with Cory after he parents got divorced He tried to force her to kiss him at one point and when she pushed him away he fell to the ground. SHE then apologized to HIM instead of him apologizing for forcing himself on her.
Cory pushes Topanga to have sex with him after he thinks Shawn has had sex in order to keep up with his buddy. Throughout the series he makes points to show how annoyed he is that she won't have sex with him.
Cory also essentially stalks Topanga when she goes to Disney instead of giving her space.
Anytime Topanga talks to another guy Cory gets insanely jealous (the waiters at the Mexican restaurant for example) but he cheats on her at least three times (The party he goes to while she is home sick, the college girl at the party school, and Lauren at the ski lodge.)
Cory is so obsessed with Shawn getting into college that he doesn't even pay attention to how upset Topanga is over not getting in Yale.
The two are so dependent on each other that Topanga literally runs away from home to be with him.
