If there was another spinoff of tcs what would it be?

There could have been one with Martin, Denise, and Olivia. They would move out of the Huxtable's house and get their own apartment.

Also why did Denise, Olivia, and Martin live there with Dr. Huxtable anyways? There a married couple and should be able to afford an apartment, I would think.
