The edits used on Antenna TV were pretty bad - they’d sometimes start the show in the middle of the first scene.

I haven’t timed the show on GetTV. But the tag scenes (the epilogues that air immediately before the closing credits) are in place, and that’s unusual in itself. Those weren’t included even in the show’s initial syndication run back in the late 1970s.

Yes, I saw one earlier...and it had that tag scene. They probably have the network versions...after all, GetTV is owned by Sony.

GET TV crunches all credits, only shows 21 minutes of programming, and the picture quality is horrible. And I can say that in all honesty too because I actually watch it (Sanford and Son). If you don't receive GET TV in your area, you're not missing much.

Local syndicated edits usually have more edits versus cable syndicated edits.

GetTV also adds a third commercial break toward the end of the episode, maming it appear as though AITF had a closi g tag scene, even though it didn't. I can't stand that.
