Breakdown: A Guy Named Phantom (Part 1)

. Harry dumps Christine in a dream then wakes up from a nightmare

. Dan goes missing and everybody finds out

. Inspector Pepitone comes in

. A costume party is happening and Dan has special plans

. Dan then disguises himself as "The Phantom Of The Courthouse" and gets stuff from Harry's office

. Dan tries to find a girl, so he takes Oscar's girlfriend Lisette and Oscar tells him to get his hands off his girlfriend

. Dan then finds the right girl for him, so he decides to choose Christine

. Harry has a dream where he and Christine kiss and then turns out that it was a nightmare all along. It also involves him dumping her.

. People find out that Dan is missing

. Harry and Christine talk face to face and are planning on talking in Harry’s chambers

. Oscar and Lissette plan on having lunch together

. Harry and Mac talk about Christine

. Bull tells Harry that a guy with a gun wants to see him

. Inspector Pepitone comes in and introduces himself, has an arrest warrant for Dan

. Bull says Dan already disappeared while Christine says she wants to speak with Harry

. Mac hopes Dan turns himself in before the cops come in

. Harry and Christine talk briefly before the lights are turned off

. The sound of wind blowing and a chuckle happens

. Dan feels bad for himself because all of his friends think he’s guilty

. Another laugh happens

. He asks himself what he’s laughing at and says he’s Dan

. Then, he says he not and declares himself The Phantom Of The Courthouse

. Inspector Pepitone will not be bought to justice because there is no justice in this building

. Once again, an evil laugh happens

. Dan says that he will remedy something along with vanquishing the guilty and punishing the wicked

. A stapler and half & half are being taken

. Dan says that he must prepare because his time is near as The Phantom Of The Courthouse

. Dan says that he will have to take it out on someone

Events I missed:

Oscar Brown is filling in for Dan Fielding because he’s missing and declares a man guilty. He also says that the man should be removed from the streets.

Harry says that the man (who turns out to be Father Fitzgerald) says that he’s guilty of jaywalking, but that doesn’t make him a menace to society.
