One of the Christmas gifts I got was a wonderful album by Dionne Warwick that was released in 1994 and is an album of Brazilian music and when I first heard it I didn't realize that Dionne Warwick could sing beautifully in Portuguese and according to the liner notes of the album Dionne Warwick was inspired to do the album because Brazil is her favorite country and she wanted to pay tribute to the music of Brazil. I have always wondered why Dionne never made a second album of Brazilian music because the album that I have is wonderful and very relaxing to listen to
