Episodes will be "The Christmas Episode" from season 6 and "The Fashion Show" from season 4.

Why the colorizing?
They want to present it in a new way. I'm curious to see them in color and I'll always watch, but to be honest I'd rather they keep them in black and white.

Dull b/w will never win out over beautiful living color, I love the colorized episodes. Only one problem, CBS has yet to colorize the complete ILL series and release it on DVD. This is now essential, I'd gladly buy the whole series if it is in beautiful color!!! Let's all celebrate the someday soon COMPLETE colorized Lucy series party: party: :D

I think it is really neat how they run these colorized specials! And tonight's "Fashion show" ep was really great in color! ;) It was really fun and entertaining!:) But so is the original in black & white! A fun episode all around whether it is in color or B & W! :)

IMO I prefer shows that were always in B & W to remain so! I prefer them that way, makes them seem older and more charming !;) Now shows that were both in B &W than went to color, such as Hazel, Bewitched, The Lucy show, Gilligan's Island, that is fine! But if a show was always in B & W in it's original run, I think it should stay that way with the exception of some colorized specials now and than! ;)

I enjoyed the Fashion Show in color very much. I'd also double dip for the complete colorized episodes on dvd just for a different viewing experience. I'd still watch them mostly in b & w but it would be cool to binge the whole series in color once.

One thing: the audio wasn't too clear, but I think I heard Don Loper say the tweed suit Lucy was wearing (which showed as green) was pink. I could be wrong--did anybody else hear what he said in the description?
