In 1988 a British R&B singer named Mica Paris made her debut with the album So Good and was considered to be the UK's answer to Whitney Houston and has a great voice. In 1990 Mica Paris released the single You Can Make A Wish that gained airplay in America but Mica regained popularity when singer Tamia did a remake of Mica Paris's 1993 hit You Put A Move On My Heart. Mica Paris still sings today and should make a comeback to America because she really is talented and her singing is impressive
