I know that DISH Network carries COZI TV on a part time basis with Fetv. Now I have a station in my area (WGPS) that carries COZI TV full time on its main channel.

Now, my question is that if DISH Network carries COZI full time and made the agreement to carry WGPS before COZI launched and I made the decision to get DISH, would I have gotten COZI on TWO stations?
