I would not miss any of these channels if they left. I would gladly trade them for Antenna TV, Me-TV, Heroes and Icons, Decades, Cozi, Buzzr, Sundance, the Encore channels, TeenNick for primetime Boy Meets World, My Network TV for The X-Files and Leverage, Netflix, and Hulu.
