Now that The Walt Disney Company has agreed to buy most of 21st Century Fox, including 20th Century Fox Television, effectively making them owners of Mr. Belvedere, I wonder how this impacts the show's future on DVD and in general. Personally, I'm afraid this does not bode well for the show's future, given the fact that Disney chief Bob Iger previously screwed the show over in his prior position of president of ABC Entertainment by moving it to Saturday nights to make room for Family Matters. IMHO, he might try to bury it in the vaults.
