I am a big fan of "Mr. Belvedere" and I have the 3 releases Shout! Factory has released in years past. I have not heard any news in a long time though about the final seasons 5 and 6 becoming available. Are there any plans to try and release seasons 5 and 6 of "Mr. Belvedere" on DVD?

No plans at this time, as we do not have the rights to the final two seasons, but we never say never.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. If it's okay to ask, are there any kinds of "hurdles" as to obtaining the rights to the last two seasons? I'm just curious since Shout! was able to obtain the first four, but not the full series (at least, as of yet).

I'm afraid I can't go into the specifics on this one - every licensing deal is different (even deals for different seasons of the same show).

It's nice that you can still see these two seasons on YouTube, and people have "black marketed" them on discs before, but here's hoping they see the light of day as a Shout DVD release :)

I have 5 & 6 recorded on DVD from tv airings but I'd buy official releases in a heartbeat.

Yeah I’d buy the DVDs too.
