"Andy Saves Gomer" esp. the way Gomer's face lights up when Andy
convinces Gomer, that Gomer saved ANDY'S life! So funny!

I don't know the name of the episode, but it's where he gets fired from the filling station and lives with Andy for a while. The scenes where he keeps Andy awake singing in the bathroom are hilarious.

Gomer the House Guest is a good one and also A Date for Gomer.

I don't know the names of episodes but I've always wanted to see the episode again where Jim Neighbors sings Vive la Compagnie. It was the episode where they put the platoon in a movie just because Gomer could sing. Sgt Carter had one line which he couldn't get right.

I had never heard him sign before and had no clue about that amazing voice.

Edit: I picked this thread up from the latest posts. Obviously it refers to Gomer Pyle USMC, not the Andy Griffith Show.

I woulds put "Citizen's Arrest" at a close second place, but the following scenes from "High Noon in Mayberry" have always been among my favorite in the entire series.

Yes, Gomer was hilarious in those scenes as well as the final scene when they are all tied up on Andy's living room floor and Gomer is once again pointing the rifle at Barney.

Gomer the House Guest is the funniest. Him singing in the bathroom and then when goes to bed singing is hysterical.

My favorite part was when Gomer told Merle to bounce the car one time.

Just wondering though why those guys were coming by so late at night. Couldn't they have come earlier?
