This is driving me crazy to the point where I joined to ask this question.

I went through every Seinfeld episode at wikipedia and scanned the plots looking for it.

Jerry meets a woman that is like him in every way. Jerry is happy at first but then starts to freak out about it. Of course it doesn't work out.

Can anyone help me find it?

I think you might be thinking of the episode "The Cartoon", and the actress Tracy Nelson playing the woman who looks like Jerry.

The episode "The Invitation" Jerry meets a girl who is just like him. This is the same episode where Susan dies. It is the season 7 finale.

J332YIt is an episode where Jeanine Goroffolo plays the character named "Jeannie Steinman." She meets Jerry on the street when he is nearly hit by a car and Jeannie pulls him to safety. They later eat dinner at Monk's Cafe and they both have Cheerios cereal for dinner. At first, Jerry is blown away by Jeannie and he tells Kramer that she is just like him and that he now knows what he's been needing all these years... someone like him and then he says "I've swept myself off my feet"!
So Jerry is in love with Jeannie for a while, but he quickly gets sick of her and the two part company amicably.
I don't know the episode name.
