History Channel launched it's first game show called History IQ in the 2000's. Hosted by Marc Summers History IQ tested contestants knowledge of historic events and other subjects in history and the winning contestant competed in a final bonus round where he/she had to guess what years historic events began in a fast paced timed round. History IQ was also the first interactive game show that History Channel had in which home viewers had to play along with the show and the winning contestants competed for a chance to appear as a contestant in a future episode of History IQ. It's a surprise that History Channel has had no game shows since the cancellation of the Pawn Stars game show and History Channel should create more game shows or bring reruns of History IQ to History Channel again and that would be cool

I think it's a good idea. The History Channel is due for some new ideas and a new history based game show would work well.

Hi, Bestie! I saw both of those game shows. History IQ was a great one! The Pawn Stars game show was shaping up to be a good one, but they did not give it enough time to find it's legs. You are right. History Channel should have a game show. We should start an email campaign to make this happen!

I loved watching History IQ back in the day!!! Harvey the announcer and Marc Summers had the same great chemistry they did when they hosted Family Double Dare.
