First time posting in a long time. Had a former user name. A man was recently convicted of a cold case murder in 1996. His name is Lloyd A. Harris. The murder occurred in Frederick County Maryland (yes I know the same county as Tracy Kirkpatrick). This crime was in 1996. In 2015 Harris was tracked to Kansas City, just to the NE of Clinton, Mo. His DOB is 10/1963. This was probably one of the most disturbing cases ever shown. I know it’s a long shot but I hope it’s solved one day.
