Part of ABC's Saturday Morning lineup in the 90's was a fun cartoon named What A Mess which followed the fun adventures of What A Mess who was a dog who loved getting into all sorts of trouble. Reruns of What A Mess also aired on Toon Disney for a short time too. It's a surprise that you don't see fun cartoons like What A Mess anymore because What A Mess was really unique and funny
